Walter Isaacson’s biography states that Musk asked Heard, his former partner, to cosplay Mercy from Overwatch. Yes, Heard looks a lot like the blond female support character from the Blizzard game. Mercy wears a helmet that resembles a halo and has heavenly wings sewn to her battle outfit.
Musk made the strange request while Heard and Jason Momoa were filming Aquaman for DC Films, a movie in which Heard played a major role. According to Isaacson, Musk made the request only because Mercy, his favorite Overwatch character, reminded him of his ex-partner. Heard supposedly worked on the cosplay for two months.
According to Isaacson, “[Musk] told her that she reminded him of Mercy, his favorite character in [] Overwatch.” In order to role-play for him, she therefore spent two months creating and commissioning a head-to-toe outfit.
The seasoned actor Heard felt quite at home cosplaying as a made-up version of her ex-partner. Regarding the desire to cosplay as Mercy, Heard remarked, “I guess I could be called a geek for someone who can also be called a hot chick.”
A picture of Heard dressed as Mercy was posted by the internet mogul on his social networking platform X, which was once Twitter. This is in response to the new biography making public the details of his peculiar request. “Yes, she dressed like Mercy. I loved it,” Musk wrote.

Heard further stated that the well reported legal dispute caused her part in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom to be reduced.
